We want you to feel confident ordering from Mellow Monsters. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SUPPLEMENTS, OPENED PRODUCTS, AND SAFETY
Because Mellow Monsters sells dietary supplement products, we are unable to accept returns on opened, used, or partially consumed products unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For safety and quality-control reasons, any returned supplement product must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item appears opened, used, damaged after delivery, tampered with, missing packaging, or otherwise not in returnable condition.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, leaking, missing, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
When contacting us about a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please include:
- Your order number;
- A brief description of the issue; and
- Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box, if applicable.
Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another resolution at our discretion.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used supplement products;
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging after delivery;
- Sale items or final-sale items;
- Gift cards;
- Free gifts or promotional items;
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers;
- Products returned without prior approval; and
- Products that are not in their original condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders are billed and shipped according to the subscription frequency selected at checkout.
Because subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate compared to one-time purchases, all subscriptions require a minimum of two payments before they are eligible for cancellation. Cancellations may only be requested after the second month of the subscription has been completed. This policy helps ensure that the subscription discount is used as intended.
Subscription cancellation requests must be submitted before the next order is processed. Once a subscription order has been processed, we may be unable to cancel, refund, or modify that order.
Customers are responsible for managing their subscription, including updating payment information, shipping information, and cancellation requests before the next billing date.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation or modification requests, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it must go through the return process outlined in this policy.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, if eligible, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us so we can evaluate the issue and determine the best resolution.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending back approved returns.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at support@mellowmonsters.shop so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to provide order details, tracking information, subscription terms, customer communications, and other relevant documentation to the payment processor or financial institution in response to a dispute.
